Daytona Beach Biketoberfest 2018 at Cacklebery Campground

Simply amazing, watching this venue grow every time we hold an event. Yep, I say we because I feel a part of the 'family' that has stuck together since the first event I attended here back in 2014. It was only their second event held for the motorcycle community and has since became the 'place to be' during Daytona Beach Bikeweek and Biketoberfest.(There are a few other events held at Cacklebery Campground throughout the year also.) The weather this year was a tad warm, but nothing like the wet and muddy time we had last Biketoberfest when we felt the effects of a nasty ol hurricane! There actually 12.5 drops of rain at my campsite on Thursday morning but other than that the temps were in the lower 70's at night and the mid 80's during the day. The crowd size was almost double on a daily basis that the campground is used to, however, it did not deter anyone from doing their assigned tasks to serve the customers promptly and courteously.
As usual, we had a few 'shows' happen that you definitely would not see on or anywhere around the Main Street areas. Hmmmmm...just might have been the wet t-shirt contests...yep contest with an s......so much beauty in one place, wow. Also, we have had the distinct honor of having the Internation Bikini Team holding their $1000.00 bikini contests over the past few years and if you missed it, well, just make sure you attend Bikeweek 2019 here at Cacklebery Campground. Ya just might want to peruse the bikini bike wash while you visit too.

Our band lineup was fantastic again this year with our main headliners, Donnys Big Daddy Band, Diesel, and my favorite, Straitjacket Smile just rocking the house down. You really have to attend in March to hear these and many other fantastic bands performing througout the 10 day Daytona Bikeweek 2019 event. Also this year we had quite a few new vendors who said they will be back, and since the Beach Streeet venue in Daytona Beach is shut down we expect many more new vendors for the bikeweek event.
Just one more thing to get your curiosity going....imagine body painted young ladies and the mechanical bull or could it have been the dancing poles built into the main stage? Only at Cacklebery....nuff said. BOOK NOW!!!!!!!
