Rock n Roll Sunday 2012-Greenacres,FL

Greenacres, FL (MAY 20, 2012) Cycleshotz has been attending this event for years and this year, in my humble opinion, the weather was awesome. Overcast with mild temperatures. AND, it didn't appear to affect the 'beverage' sales.

This year, food vendors were allowed to attend, and that made for quite a variety of food available. From slices of pizza to hotdogs to BBQ to deep fried candy bars, it was a plethora of different tastes for anyones palate.(It freakin tasted goood!)
The car show had quite a few entries which were really cool. As far as the bike show went, once again this year the entries were low, but the bikes that entered were actually built or customized by the owner.
There were different bands playing throughout the day, but the highlight of the day was the Wild Roses performing. Sorry, the hillbilly horseshoes did come in a strong second though.
This event is more family friendly that most other events we attend, so don't hesitate to bring the entire family when you attend next year!
Rock n Roll Sunday which is put on by the Nam Knights MC, has become one of the highlight events of the year in Palm Beach County. All the proceeds go to various local veteran assistance programs. One of my favorites is Chris Noel who runs Vetsville Cease Fire House, a shelter for homeless vets in Florida.
